Do you know if your black crest caps will fit Apex wheels?

Yes, they will. Apex manufactures their wheels to respect OEM sizing for center caps.
Note I have black caps in gloss, satin and matte finish with full color and monochrome crests available.

I don't restore caps. If these caps are metal, I would recommend refinishing / powder coating them.
