Description:

Owned the car for the last 8 years and bought it with 36k miles. Have over $30k in receipts for this car. Car has 89k on it but had a fully rebuilt motor at 62k miles. This 911 has an upgraded IMS with oil fed bearing. Car has been owned by a Porsche enthusiast and spent money maintaining/modifying to a high standard. Less then 2k miles ago the car had an oil change, all new brakes (rotors/Stoptech Performance Pads/Motul 600 fluid)

Car
Arctic Silver Metallic, Black leather seats, 12 way power seats, Bi-Xenon headlights & BOSE stereo system.

Modifications
-OEM short shift kit
-BC Racing Coilovers (adjustable for height & dampening)
-H&R front/rear sway bars
-Tarett Rear Drop Links
-GT3 Style 3rd Radiator
-GT3 brake ducts
-FVD Brombacher Upgraded Oil Pan
-MagnaFlow Catalytic Converters
-"Gundo Hack" exhaust modification
-Lightened Flywheel (revs up faster)
-K&N drop in air filter

Car has its oil changed every 3-5k miles using Torco Full Synthetic ($17 per quart). This 911 has been dialed in for carving canyons or take it to the track. The suspension is comfortable enough for daily use as well. I've done 8 track days with this car and a few autocross events. It's mainly been a fun weekend car for the last 5 years. Car passes smog SMOG without issues. I never thought I would sell this car but I bought a new Lotus Evora GT.

Nice car and great price!! What are your thoughts on the Evora? I have had similar thoughts of going away from my 997 and trying one but struggle moving away from Porsche. How are the back seats vs the 997 my daughter loves riding in the 911 and we would need decent back seats.

The 997 is a more practical car then the Lotus. I think the back seats are slightly larger in the 997
