22 years ago I wanted to build a very light, strong, safe 911 racecar and sent this chassis to Dave at FABCAR to build the car.
The body was media blasted before starting on the build, there is only surface rust in some areas. Dave installed a complete Carbon fiber roof. The rear is tubbed out, full 1-3/4" cage, adjustable rear inner pickup points, triangulated rear crossmember, raised rear sway bar mounts, crossmember was notched to allow G50 trans and engine to be moved forward 1.5". Also includes FABCAR dual master setup, Aluminum rear firewall and rear side panels, modification for front 12Qt oil tank, ERP 935 style front lower control arms, and rear adjustable spring plates. I belief the complete chassis without front wheels or engine and trans weighs 900 Lbs.
If you ever wanted to build a light 935 style race car this would be a great chassis to start with. Chassis will accommodate any 911-993 bodywork. To many projects, to little time to finish this.
