But for others who are likewise puzzled, PM's are sent this way:
1) left click your avatar (shown upper right on all Rennlist pages when you're signed in)
2) a dropdown menu will appear, left click "private messages"
3) on the left side of the resulting page, under "Private Messages", left click "Send New Message"
5) on the resulting "Send New Private Message" page, enter "elbeee964" into the "To" box, enter your info in the Title and Message boxes,
and, finally,
6) left click the "submit message" on that page's bottom
