Your old 993 was gorgeous! I do hope you're able to replace it. I'll for sure keep an eye out and if I get any other leads I'll be sure to send them your way.

Hey, not sure on the rules of posting links to other sites, but I’ve seen a 97 Vesuvius c2s for sale in Belgium. They’re asking around 80k euro, and it has just over 100k miles.

I tried to send you a PM but My account doesn’t have that privilege ..

ahh what the hell..

Im just curious why you’re set on a 98.. if I had to assume, I’d guess you just want the last year of these beauties..

That’s not that bad. The elferspot Vesuvio was asking over $100k with more km on it. Obviously finding one in the states would be much cheaper since you don’t have to deal with import costs. Seems Vesuvio Metallic was WAY more common of a color in Europe than in the US.

Thank you for posting...I had the 98’ Vesuvio “Edition” you see in the photo above. Unfortunately, it was recently declared a total loss. I’m looking for a replacement. I’ve seen a few for sale over seas. I’ve heard there were about 50-60 made for ROW markets. I’m not interested in importing. They are not 25 years old yet so I couldn’t get it the country as a regular import, it would have to be under show and display.

Great talking to you the other day and thank you for the kind offer, it’s much appreciated! You got a great one and your going to really enjoy it!

I am hopeful I can find again one soon. They seem to pop up from time to time. Just have to be patient and ready to go on the right one!

ohh no.. sorry to hear that. I agree about all the headaches with the importing process. Hopefully something pops up on the market. I’m here in Canada, and our rules on importing are 15 years compared to the 25 in the US, hence I’m usually browsing the euro market for some unique cars to drool over. The one you’re hunting would fall into that category.

thank you...there are more ROW vesuvio editions and in reality it’s 2 more years for those to open up to the US market (as most were built in 97’) so it’s worth considering.

with that said, new week bump...
