yes, 3 year warranty and 7 years on the battery. The car is just about 1 year old.

Not sure how that works. You’d have to check with your accountant. I don’t believe there are any federal credit available anymore. There may be state credits available.

OP may try Carvana or Carmax (although you might have to wait until they restart their operations). They gave me $36k for a base model 3 and out the door my cost was $32k after incentives.

Correct. Only the original buyer gets it. I just sold a Model 3 and made $4k after driving it around a year and didn't have to pay for electricity as they gave me 10k free supercharger miles (5k for me and 5k for a friend's referral).
