The Carfax (available on http://ferrari360spider.com) shows this car was imported into the US in August 2001 and was declared US road legal in October 2001. In mid-November 2001, the car had 2,364 miles on it so I assume it was imported when essentially brand new.
This Euro car has headlight washers and the A/C temperature **** is in degrees celsius. Other than that, I don't think there are any visible differences. The speedo and odometer are in miles.
I am in FL East Coast and I was just there last week.
Only a short drive back across the peninsula to check out the car.

Or give me a call. I can also do FaceTime or Facebook Messenger to give you a remote view.
is this is N/A Spec car that was sent to Europe and then sent back?
Part of the US federalization process includes adding the amber side markers to the bumpers.

Now I can really shop for a Porsche 911 Carrera S.
