Triple row had a service interval of 6 years or 75,000 miles, whichever comes first. We stopped offering this service back when the IMS Solution and Single Row Pro were introduced. You can update it to an IMS Solution using a 106-08.20. There were a few variations, so it would be best at that point to contact us so we can make sure you end up with the correct snap ring or spiroloc to retain the new IMS Solution bearing when you go to change it.

1) I did not. I replaced a plastic support piece under the bumper cover because one of the holes for retaining clip was broken and it can be adjusted up and down, a bit. I have it sitting at a lower end of the range and am wondering if bringing it up a bit will make it look better.
2) According to LN, it is 6 years or 75k, whichever comes first.
3) When I updated the suspension, I had new front and rear pads with rear rotors installed. I kept the front because it was only a year old and ~5,000 miles old.
4) The 3rd brake light rubber trim is cracked and missing in small chunks so might replace that but otherwise whatever maintenance items that come up.

The car is off the market. I took it out for a drive and have annual state inspection done and the car stalled and I could not get it started. It was towed to a shop that I use and he thinks the failure is terminal. Without doing exploratory surgery, he thinks it might be spun rod bearing based on the code and the sound it made when he cranked it. My apologies to the people that have shown interest in the car but I am glad it happened now than after changing the hands.

I am waiting for the title to be released from Va DMV, and have already received a deposit. The thread will be updated when the transaction is finalized, or if for some reason the car is back on the market.
Thank you all for the interest.
