Hello All,

I'm listing up for sale my E46 M3 that I've owned for about 4 years and the last 16K miles. I've done much of the mods listed below to make it a street/track car. For the first 2 years I would do ~8 track days a year on it, I've done 0 since then. Car is an original Dinan S2 and was owned by someone that worked at Dinan in Morgan Hill, CA. Car is high mileage but it has been very well maintained and has all the modifications that make it a good street track car. I've listed the mods committed to memory below - I have a google sheet that lists all the regular maintenance and items replaced as well. Reason for sale is a space issue. This car is to be replaced by a 993/911 and I don't have the space for both - would keep otherwise in case the track itch comes back.

Maintenance Stuff:
Many things have been replaced including Motor Mounts, Transmission Mounts, Subframe and Diff Bushings. Spark Plugs and Coils and Fuel Pump replaced in last <3K miles. Valve Adjustment done about 10K miles ago when vanos was updated. Water Pump replaced. Coolant was just flushed from radiator and block <100 miles ago. Oil change also recent and I've always used liquimoly 10w60. Transmission Gear oil replaced with Redline mixture to help with the chatter of the flywheel (it still chatters), New Bosch battery 2/2020.

Interior:
Hard Motorsports Door Panels with one speaker put back in has RS door pulls
Momo Steering Wheel and Hub
Cobra Bucket seat on lowest possible setting (Seats not included in Price, but can include the brackets)
Removed Passenger seat.
All above can be moved back to stock

Smog Stuff:
Car originally had SGT headers and a catted section 1 but was removed for smog. Car also had/comes with stock intake manifold and airbox for smog. Carbon Airbox is currently on car, but I had to use the stock intake manifold/intake to pass emissions recently.

Other parts:
I have an extra set of TCKline single adjustable shocks, OEM Seats, doorcards, steering wheel, intake manifold, carbon trunk (works but not the most pretty) and other lil parts.
