2005 Carrera Coupe meticulously maintained by Carl's Place, the Porsche Specialist in Las Vegas. New clutch 700 miles ago, new Michelin Super Sport tires 3000 miles, Runs Great! Service records available since 2012. Bose Sound, Alcantara head liner, HID, Sunroof, Everything Works. Selling b/c I just bought 997 Cabriolet. Carfax record shows "Lemon" resulting from Airbag issue from 2005. Porsche bought back car and fixed Airbag. No problems since.

did you did the ims when the clutch was changed
any aftermarket parts

Marcus, no ims not changed when clutch was done. Ramon & Blake @ Carl’s Place examined & said it did not need to be done

No, sorry, the car was sold about a year ago. I had three Porsches and w/ COVID wasn't driving any of them. I sold the 911 and my Panamera and kept the 2009 4S Cabriolet. Best, Howard

The IMS cannot be changed on the 997.1 cars. It is a larger bearing and cannot be removed from the block without a full rebuild.

The IMS can be changed on most MY 2005 cars. 2006-2008 it is a sealed bearing.
