1998 Trailex CTE-1741 Enclosed Car Trailer
Lightweight (~1800lbs, IIRC) aluminum trailer. Low height, pointed nose, and easy to tow. I am the second owner (since 2002). Perfect for narrow-body Porsche 911 and similar.
It has a swing-up rear door, long ramps for low-front-clearance cars, internal tire rack, nitrogen cylinder mount, manual winch, storage shelves, interior lighting, aluminum wheels (incl. spare). Fresh brakes, springs, and breakaway battery.

A couple of questions came up about this trailer:

A couple of questions came up about this trailer:
- The 'V' in the VIN indicates that it is model year 1997, but the title says 1998, So let's call it a 1997-1998.
- There are two eye-hooks visible in the lower corners of the rear door. I installed those to secure a couple of fuel jugs behind the car. They are just bolted in and are easily removed if needed for a wider car.
