I'm impressed with the painted wheel and vinyl match. That looks terrific. Likewise the wood interior bits are a nice unique touch. I see some room for additions but this is a nice throwback tribute as is. GLWS!

Thank you! I really want to do a few more bits. I planned on "Pepito" (aka "Houndstooth") cloth for the seat centers to match my key ring I picked up at the Porsche Museum and fab some polished aluminum trim around the side window trim.

For a IMS replacement in 2006 on up Porsche 911 engines requires engine out separation. So, was the engine rebuilt or apart for the IMS replacement ????

I am interested in this question as well..

as stated, an engine removal and block split is required for an IMS job on 2005+ engines.. Is this what you mean by IMS?
More details would surely help the buyer.. beautiful car with very classy upgrades

Over 2 years ago, due to mechanical failure at 91k miles, I had her sent to Walters Porsche in Riverside to diagnose the problem. The engine was removed and it was discovered that she had a suffered cracked valve spring which led to a bent valve. With this issue in mind and the engine out, I decided the best course of action was that all normal 80k-100k maintenance and some preventative maintenance should be done e.i replace IMS Bearing. The clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, rear main seal, plugs wires, oil, filters, stretch bolts, air/oil separator, new valves, new valve springs and so on, and so on, etc etc was replaced with all new Porsche parts and it is all documented.

Since then she has not leaked a single drop of oil (not that she ever did), and she still pulls strong and sings all the way to the redline.

As an update, a new owner is set and the transaction process is underway. To all those that showed interest, thank you for your time, and thanks to those for the kind compliments.

-There are no old Porsches, only new owners.
