Please see the following threads for compatibility help

Based on the threads, if you have a 991.1S/4S then the center section should bolt right up. If you have a base C2/C4 then you will need compatible side mufflers. Full functionality through a PSE switch will require additional parts/support and will depend on the model you have. See the above threads for guidance.
If you have access to the 991 PET (parts list) there are multiple part numbers listed for things like side mufflers, center mufflers etc. Those part numbers correspond to different markets. Apparently the muffler part numbers between the US, Eruope, and Asia are different. I have no clue if the parts themselves are actually different between regions. Regardless this center muffler came off of a 991S with the X51 power package and I170 (USA) 991S side mufflers.

Bottom line, buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle.
