Not off-topic, just not feasible. I purchased those seats for the sole purpose of maintaining that Porsche authenticity. Someone has sat in them maybe 5 times tops! They're nearly virgin and in my opinion, if I remove them, the car becomes less attractive to someone. I could have saved thousands and gone with an aftermarket seat but I didn't. HOWEVER, if you want a new set of your own, I can sell you some for $10.5K new from Porsche.

Spring is upon us and i know someone else out there would just assume take this car and start where i left off with it; it's been under lock and key all winter and has an upgraded Cobb Stage II flash. I drove it to a car show in Orlando and then had it professionally detailed and put it right back in the shop. It hasn't seen the track since last year and i have no plans to track this car anymore given that it's up for sale. I'm trying to keep the miles off and keep it in good condition for the next owner.

Great car. Do the seats maintain side airbags too? Any airbag light?

No error lights on the dash. I've been tinkering with a way to try and make them work but for obvious reasons, anyone with this setup should assume they do not.

Just clarifying. So no error light but should assume doesn't work? Or there is an error light? Sorry. I am so intrigued by this set up. I have a 991.2 turbo and and want some safety mods. I love your set up. Want so bad. Thanks

GLWS. This car couldn't be pieced together by a more competent shop and person. BGB has a thread in the 991 section with extensive knowledge about this car and build. Considering the mods and work done, it's a total steal at this price.
