A/C is ice cold. Clutch is strong, transmission shifts smoothly. Just made the trip from Maryland to NYC without skipping a beat. An absolute joy to drive.
Unfortunately I do not have any maintenance or service records. Please do not ask for copies of any records, as I do not have any, sorry!
Front bumper and hood have some pitting and slight rock chips which are normal for this mileage and age. Front left fender has a few light and 1 heavy scratch (see photos). Rear right quarter panel has a small ding with paint damage (see photos).
Tires and brakes are in excellent condition. Front tires are Michelin and rear are Sumitomo. Ride quality is perfect so it is a personal preference if you want to replace or keep them.
2 original keys and manuals are included.
Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions, I did my best to describe all the flaws.
Hello, I have not owned it for very long. I did not get any records from previous owner. The car is in excellent condition and I welcome any PPI.

A few questions:
- Was the IMS actually done or is that just speculation because there may have been a clutch done in 2010? (only saying "may" because you note that you don't have records, or, you could be going by the "transmission removed and replaced log on Carfax" which btw does not indicate any specifics of what was done) - I know the folks up at Danbury and they're extremely meticulous with logging on Carfax. My guess and opinion is that the clutch is original.
- Why has the car change hands so many times? Carfax reports 8-owners, but there are actually 9-owners based on the logged online listing/vehicle offered for sale on 10/5/2010 (sold on 11/3/2010).
- Speaking of the Carfax, there hasn't been any logs since March of 2017 in Prince Frederick, MD - if you're in Brooklyn, shouldn't the car be registered in NY and reported to Carfax? Also no NY State Inspection stickers on the windshield.- Also the last logged milage is 47,491. How do I know what the maintenance was or how and where the car was at between 47,491 miles and your current reading of 61,030? Almost 15k of unknown driving miles is a bit too much to overlook.
Thanks in advance.

I do not work for CarFax and I did not own the car from when it was new in 2003, but I will do my best to answer all your questions.
1) I said in the original post that I do not know if IMS was ever replaced. How can you make any opinions of clutch without even driving this car? Not every shop logs information into CarFax, it could have been replaced at any point from 2003 to 2018.
2) I am not the first or second owner so I cannot speculate as to why people purchased and sold the car.
3) The car is physically in Brooklyn, NY where I live. It is in my garage. It does not have a NY title and therefore was never inspected in NY. I said it has NY title or inspection...
I said in the very first post, I do not have service records. The car is absolutely beautiful and drives perfectly. If you are interested in buying the car, come by and see it in person. If you are interested in purchasing a 1 owner CarFax report for a 15 year old car and a folder of papers, this is definitely not the car for you.
Please send me a private message if you wish to discuss this further.
Best Regards
EDIT: I made a few edits to the original post including removing the Danbury details so it does not cause any further confusion for anyone.
I purchased the same car but in seal grey 18 months ago and put 22k miles on it these past two summers. I have done every single piece of maintenance and mod on it myself. There would be zero logs on a carfax, except for maybe a state inspection. Further, my car has definitely been in an accident and three different panels painted nearly perfectly; doesn't show up on the carfax at all. My last 02 boxster S had been in a major accident and the entire car had been painted. Didn't how up on the carfax, and had a clean title.
The car is F@#^*$ gorgeous. Go see it and drive it. Also, the tires thing definitely shows you naiveté; the sumitomos are absolutely outstanding for a 300tw tire, 95% as good as supersports and DWs, at literally 1/2 to 1/3 the cost. Also, if you actually knew anything about these tires, you'd know that Michelin doesn't even make SS or 4S in the right size for this car.
