I'll bet it's not a sticker at all. I'll bet it's printed on.

I just helped a friend remove his stickers yesterday on his 991.2 and the standard process worked easily. Not sure what is different with your situation. A difference in models?

You need to use your finger nail to pick on the edge of it. I found out that the nail polish remover would work as well. I cleaned off the residues with that, took a little of time but all came off clean with no ill effect at all.

I tried again tonight with 91% isopropyl with no success. Soaked it well, picked at the edges, rubbed it for >15 minutes. All I got was a tired arm. And a headache from the alcohol fumes!

91% isopropyl alcohol didn't work for me (2017 GTS) even though it worked fine on my 2015 911 TT (as well as many past BMWs).
I read somewhere that using a hairdryer to heat the sticker allows one to pull it off. Using this approach, I've gotten 95% of both stickers off. Didn't have time to finish before a business trip but think that I can finish off the job pretty quickly.
My experience is that you have to get the sticker pretty hot but then it will start coming off reasonably easily. Just pause to heat the next area as you go. I used isopropyl alcohol to clean up the remaining adhesive, which worked like a charm.
They are definitely making it harder to remove these things.
