Not so AWE struck by AWE-Tuning
I just received an AWE-Tuning Touring Exhaust System for my Macan Turbo.
Being T'Giving weekend, my son and I were anxious to install it.
I opened the box, and, I guess everything was there, but there were no instructions anywhere in the contents to tell me so. And no instructions as to where to cutthe factory pipes. Nothing!
The fact that I need to cut the pipes is a bit mis-leading since the info on the website advertises the system as a direct bolt-on system.
I called AWE, left a message with one of their guys, but got no call back. Given, it was the Wednesday before T'Giving
Now, I'm smart enough to figure all this out, and I have the equipment to do so, but I would have expected that, if they had installed the system on a Macan, at least they could tell us how they did it.
Just saying......

Its too bad you had this experience with AWE. I have had nothing but great experiences with them on my Porsche's and Audi's. Come to think of it, not sure I ever got good instructions for any exhaust system I have ever order, but it has been self explanatory with regards to install. Didnt realize that you have to CUT the OEM system to get the new one to fit? Do tell more!

Hey there, Tedd.
Please check your e-mail as Mike has been emailing you. You purchased a Touring Edition Exhaust, which is indeed a direct bolt-on, as mentioned on the web page
