I don't know if it is BS from my dealership, but there has been a delay in getting my car and they are claiming that the 2016 Turbo have not passed emission tests here in the US and would take a few more days. Have you heard any of this?

I remember reading something about all the 2016 Turbos being held at the processing centers at the ports, but not giving a reason why. It could very well be an emissions issue. Some of the 2015's were held at the ports for a week or two because they needed a new sticker to go under the hood somewhere.

It sucks having to wait, but eventually it'll arrive. I remember waiting on mine an extra 4-5 days as the ship it was on sat just offshore because severe weather had backed up everything at the port of Houston.

The 2016 Macan Turbos were just certified for US sale by PCNA as of Thursday, 16th July. Mine has been waiting at the port in Houston, but should be on a truck today!

What are the differences in the '16s over the '15s?

I haven't checked the configurator lately but when I finalized my '16 the only difference was that 3rd zone (backseat) climate control had become standard vs an option. A few prices went up a bit too.

Picking up my 2016 Macan Turbo. Thought it would never happen. Taking it right away to Proformance in New Rochelle to have the wheels painted Platinum Satin (it will go well with the Agate Grey). While waiting will have Cquartz Finest applied. Pictures in 4-5 days!

Default Here is my 2016 Macan Turbo!

Finally after a long delay I've received my 2016 Macan Turbo. Quick observations. Drives like a sporty luxury car. The air suspension is incredible. Very low noise. Very fast, driving back home, noticed I was doing 90... when I meant to be under 75...
Complaints: the middle of the back seat is not usuable. I was thinking of going with 4 passengers to a wedding and think I'll have to change the plans and go with my e550. Will try to put a pillow but I don't think it will work.
Overall very happy with it.

Nice car dude! Love those wheels. Your tail lights are stock or darker?
