As Randy stated, Software update/Campaign is now available. Problem was found to be a software issue causing the compressor to not cycle output (clutch less), even with the evaporator temps dropping to the point of freezing over.

So, it sounds like a simple solution, no hardware to touch, they just changed the code in the software for the temp sensor to cut out the compressor near the freezing point. Awesome! I guess the dealerships will need to order a bigger coffee maker and more bagels for the customer waiting room. The only other issues are: who gets to hold the remote control for the TV, and is their WiFi fast enough.

Good news - the update takes less than 30 minutes and has solved the issue. After the update I took a trip that would have caused issue in the high humidity and I can happily say the AC never stopped working.
