As for buying from the order book, it would appear that you answered your own question.
However, Porsche does offer you pretty much anything you want for a price if you special order using their Porsche Exclusive program. The sky is the limit. Keep in mind, however, that the Macan is a relatively new model and demand is strong, so you may have to wait a while to get a customized one.
