don't have numbers for you, but Macan is about 10% less in length, also narrower and shorter.
Macan can fit 3 medium size passenger at rear seat.
In Cayenne, I can fit 4 big suitcases comfortably in trunk; Macan can fit 2 and then loose bags on the sides.

traded a 2006 Cayenne for the Macan for my wife. Cayenne had more room in the back seat, and a little more width. Cayenne felt like it drove a lot bigger than the Macan feels. Huge difference in driving dynamics.
