Has anyone else experienced the problem where the main center console screen goes blank? All functions via the dash multifunction screen still work, radio still plays, can initiate Nav, etc. Engine is running and voltage is fine. All function buttons do not restore screen and touch is not recognized. Problem clears with switch off of ignition and restart.

My 2011 Cayenne just demonstrated the exact same failure. After turing off the ignition and restarting it has not come back. I intend to discuss with dealer and, at a minimum get on record with this problem.

Yes, my 2018 Macan S has had this problem. Been intermittent happening once every few months. But it just happened twice yesterday. Just called to have it on the schedule to have it looked at.
Also experience a LOT of problems with it reliably connecting to phones. Sometimes it'll connect just fine, other times it'll take 3-5 minutes and connect, sometimes it doesn't connect and I have to connect it on the screen and other times I have to connect it from the phone's BT menu. Very annoying.
