Yes it does, that's why I'm not upgrading the stereo in my order

My Euro Delivery S (mid-October) :
white with standard black alcantara seats, only options:
heated front seats
roof rails and crossbars in silver
auto dimming mirrors
front/rear park assist with backup camera
colored wheel center caps

tried to keep it as close as possible to a stripper

I'm getting conflicting info from the dealer about when financing has to be set up, and am told I don't need to have insurance on it but what lender cuts a check without a policy in place that shows them as loss payee ?

Love the car, fine with my 'close to stripper' options, but dealers regarding providing 'crisp' information leave a LOT to be desired.

I am considering ditching the order and getting one somewhere in the US even if more options.

It's been a long while since I did a Euro delivery but I am sure if your dealer hasn't done a few they will not know much about them. IIRC Porsche will supply a certificate of insurance that will satisfy your lender. If you are getting nowhere locally there should be a contact person at Porsche NA who can help you with such things, just a phone call away.

Don't pass up the opportunity. It will be a memorable trip.
