Please be advised, "Partial leather seats with leather package" does NOT include leather on the upper section of the door panel as stated on the US Configurator.

I know those images, so my reading between the lines here it seems at one point the detail was populated in PCCD incorrectly most likely due to bad translations. I had the log pulled and the prepopulated text was just adapted and not double checked. I have had it corrected in the meantime to get rid of the discrepancy.
So to answer your initial inquiry, the leather package does not include the upper door panel in leather.
