I went by the show yesterday, really impressed with the Macan. The front brakes are massive in-person.

h'mmmm those turbo design wheels are not as nice in person as they seem on the configurator ...

also interesting that the brakes are not cross-drilled ...

Went to the show today. I was planning on comparing back seat room between Cayenne and Macan. Alas, they had all the vehicles locked down. :-(

I dont get the cf side blades. Is it for aero?

Wouldnt it be lighter to omit them?

The side blades are a design element taken from the 918, similar to the steering wheel and taillights. My guess on offering them in carbon fiber ... lots of carbon fiber in the 918.

The turbo front bumper also looks to have some elements taken from the 918.
