He was selling this one because he was about to purchase a new one. Car was garaged its entire life and was in showroom condition.
People don't post topics like this for cars in showroom conditions. When I had 2015 Macan S I also had most of known issues but when they were resolved under warranty it was a bullet proof car.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. What's a comparable SUV that you would choose as an alternative?

High mileage reliability is not in Porsche's dictionary and they like to charge as much as owners can pay.

You should buy a GTS. They are great SUVs. The newer the better. That is how German cars are. The line improves over time.

Love my Macan.
Aware of the issues and unconcerned.
They are blown way out of proportion, much of which is instigated by the factory and dealers.

Remember "WE" are a small percentage of the Macan owners...Most never heard of the Rennlist...and "WE" are the vocal ones...probably most owners are very happy with the Macans

Keeping my V8 Touareg with air suspension forever! The 2020 Macan S... we'll see; wife wants a Subaru. The 992 just finished its 4 year warranty and will be switched out for a 71 Cuda 383 or 426 Hemi MT in good time (very specific requirements to take me back to my twenties, AM radio and 8 track of course), done with the BS @P & dealerships.
