As above, when I bought my 2020 Base at 32K miles, I had the dealership write up a "We Owe" for the PDK at 40K as part of the deal. No problems when it came time to honoring the agreement.

Update: I went to see it. Dealership only went down to 51.5, would not include tires, brakes, or even 40k service. Going to see the 2020 Macan S tomorrow, who already agreed to do the 40k as part of the deal
