Headlight Range Regulation
About a month ago I had an error message stating “Headlight Range Regulation Defective. The dealer looked at it and found a burnt fuse. They replaced the fuse and the error message went away. A couple weeks later the message returned. I checked the fuse and it was fine, so back to the dealer it went. They told me they had to recalibrate the headlights and cleared the code. Fixed the problem for now.
They gave me a new Cayenne S as a loaner and I really didn’t care for it. The interior looked cheap, digital gauges and funky controls. The Cayenne definitely felt like an SUV. I was happy to get my Macan S back.

Mine had "pedestrian warning inop"and "auto high beam not available" following a dip to -56F this winter. Plus a host of errors that took a while to ID.
For the first errors I took it to a glass place and they adjusted it with an Autel and some lasers tools. Whether it was the cold or other I don't know, but my air suspension just went South again... this car is definitely not a Touareg...

Mine pops that headlight warning on occasion, usually when the temps are cold. But goes away quickly and I live far from a dealer so isn't easy to take in. From my research, it is fairly common, and unless it stays on, will be hard to diagnose to be fixed. I am now out of warranty so hoping it doesn't fail.
