Default 24 Macan Discount Thread

Hello all,

I am noticing more inventories of Porsche Macans on the lot so I wanted to ask what kind of discount folks are getting on their vehicles. I am personally aiming for either S or GTS this year.

Most all in stock Macan's are base models. I'd assume some discount could be negotiated. Cars that are ordered for you particularly the GTS model are less likely to be discounted depending on your negotiating skills. Good luck to you.

Depending on your location and model, you can get up to 10% discount. Macan, old model Panamera and Cayenne are the only models you can get some discounts in the Porsche lineup. I got for my S model in July 9% off.

I am in PNW (Seattle) so I'd assume I won't get as high of a discount. Do you mind sharing your strategy on netting the highest discount?

I'm finding good discounts on the base, but S seems to discount less. Any leads on good S discounts in the northeast?

Hey! I'm a fellow Seattle resident looking to order a 2024 Macan. Can I ask how much you were able to negotiate off MSRP?

I couldn’t get Porsche up here in the Twin Cities over 2% on a 2025 MACAN S build to save my life. We only have 2 dealerships here in the Twin Cities but same owner so not ideal. One of the dealerships sorta wanted my business the other on acted like they couldn’t care less.
Considering my spec was $91K it was all very off putting.

At the time I hired a facilitator. He searched the country. My purchase from the West Coast was made in Pennsylvania. It was an 8% discount. It was built and delivered to Pennsylvania, then shipped to Seattle. His cost was $500.

When we were shopping the wife's CPO Macan S a couple of weeks ago the salesman told us that they had four new S on order, all pre-sold. They had nothing new in stock, they had four service loaners (base) with a special price TODAY ONLY which we looked at, but they were strippers and the wife wanted the S which she thought was more fun. LOL

Around here (RTP), the market is still tight and dealers are gouging us like never before. And they've always been very profit-focused. I've had to go out of state for 3 of my last 4 cars (non-Porsche).

About a year ago I jumped on an incoming 23 Macan S. I was able to get 9% off and in late summer at least 2 of the dealerships here in LA area were giving 10% off on all new Macan base and S on their lot. Now my cousin wants to custom order a Macan S and I started to call around. Same places which were giving 9-10% off last year, wont give more than 6% now. Some dealerships don't give any discounts. So things switched a little but we still get 6% here in LA.

I bought a Cayman from Napleton Westmont down near Chicago and it was an easy drive down and back.

The people at Auto Edge in Mahtomedi told me about 85% of their customers bought their Porsches outside of Minnesota (new and used) due to local "inflexibility" of the two dealers. Was the one that could not care less Mpls or St Paul? I bought a used 2020 Macan S out of state because the two dealers were about $5k over the market value on every used/certified car they had and the salesperson in the empty dealer in St Paul acted like I was taking time from surfing the net on his phone. Way too easy to avoid by looking in Chicago, Omaha, Wisconsin, St Louis, etc.
