The only warrantee-safe tuning option is a piggyback module, which can be easily removed when the vehicle is brought in for dealer service. ECU tunes, even if reflashed back to the factory settings, are detectable by Porsche.
The JB1 or JB4 piggyback will get the 2.0 4-cylinder safely to 300HP.
Review: Burger Tuning JB1 Piggyback Engine Tuning Module on 2019 Base 2.0 - Rennlist - Porsche Discussion Forums

I have bought three APR Stage-1 ECU tunes for some prior vehicles, and they were all top-notch, and had no engine or drivetrain issues with 50,000 to 80,000 miles of use on each of these vehicles.
1999 Audi A4 1.8T (turbo)
2010 VW CC 2.0T (turbo)
2010 Audi S4 3.0 (supercharged)

Is APR plus still a thing? Their flash tune will void your factory drivetrain warranty but you get their aftermarket warranty in some form to replace it.

Is this the right tune for 2024 Macan T? 500 for tune + 1000 for warranty, isn't bad if it covers full warranty that Porsche dealer would refuse due to the tune.
I dont see any specific tune for T in their website.

That is correct for your 2024 T.

Thanks, is there any coverage for CPO warranty periods or only the original 4 year factory?

APR Plus only matches the original warranty term limit.

Tuning my base would be kind of like tuning my coffee grinder. Not much upside.

The APR tunes for VAG & Porsche 2.0Ts is really good. HUGE increase in low end torque. APR has been tuning this motor for years and has continuously refined the parameters.

Why wouldn't you want to tune a Base engine??? It needs a tune more than the V6 engines!

If I feel the need for speed I'll fire up my Spyder, my Macan is just a transporter that I don't need any more performance from. But don't let me stop you, if tuning that VW four banger works for you go for it.

Cons:
1) Warranty invalidated and/or prepaid maintenance package requires you to go back to the dealer rather than a tune-friendly independent.
2) Cost and time
3) Worse gas mileage / reduced range
4) APR didn't have a tune for the "box code" on my 2020 base Macan.

Pros:
1) Substantially more power and torque without the additional weight of a V6 over the front end.

A few months ago I went with an independent tuner, and I love the results. In two weeks, my vehicle is four years old, so I didn't worry about going back to the dealership for regular service. I'm getting ~300hp and ~340lb-ft out of my 2020 base Macan, and it transforms the vehicle from being quick to outright fast. The only notable downside is that the range on a single tank is reduced (though probably still better than a V6).
