Default Readiness monitor not set on 2018 Macan GTS

This is my wife's daily driver did not pass NY state inspection. It was in for an oil change and rotors and pads and the shop said they did not disconnect the battery or clear any codes (there were no codes anyway). I did the Porsche drive cycle twice and the catalyst monitor and O2 sensor monitors are not ready. Only thing I can think of is something may have been reset when the ebrake was in service position? I probably drove 150 miles after the service was done. The vehicle does have an EVOMSIT Stage 1 tune but should not impact emissions I would think.

Any thoughts?

I have had this happen on other Porsches I have owned. Dealer or Indy shop w/ PIWIS can force readiness by running it on a lift. Sometimes they can be really subborn. On my GT3 I had to remove my tune, then force readiness with PIWIS. Even after removing the tune (which was not supposed to affect readiness per the tuner) it would not go "ready" on its own.
