What swag did you get with your new Macan?
I heard people receive some goodies upon delivery. I haven't received anything during the delivery but was sent a nice Macan Pen with a standard welcome letter from Porsche customer relations. My welcome letter with the pen and the box plus the included CPO certificate for my 981 CPO boxster was much more elegant though. Honestly, I don't expect anything, other car manufacturers don't give you anything neither but it is always nice to receive a small something in connection with your 70k, 80k, 90k or 100+k car purchase. What came with your car?

They did give me PSP for 3 years, that was nice.
I think there was a tumbler and a few other little porsche swag things in a bag too, nothing too much, but not nothing.

A couple of really nice, seemingly expensive books from Porsche, and my Sales person took us to the "Boutique" and got us shirts and hats (Both times on Macan leases from Champion Porsche)
ps You gotta ask...

I assume they give you the swags based on the price you paid. I paid 9% below MSRP, that means their profit is much lower than the profit they made with someone who paid full MSRP. Porsche dealerships pay their sales people certain dollar amount per units they move (one dealership I know of, pays $800 dollars for new and 400 for used cars). They also get bonuses when they achieve certain unite quota and get profit sharing. That means when they sell the car for MSRP they get a certain percentage of the 10% profit the dealership makes. In my case I think the sales person just got his 800 bucks therefore he was not generous. When you pay full MSRP the sales people make much more and they are more willing to spend 2-300 bucks to get you some swags and secure your loyalty. I can imagine some of the swags might also come from the dealership. It is just my theory...

Pen and keychain from Porsche, and a full set of all-weather rubber floor mats (including the cargo area cover) from my salesman.
Yes, we paid full MSRP (which still appeared to be a decent deal when we ordered the car last year).

I thought the all weather rubber floor mats come automatically with the car? BTW, I hate those. As I took delivery, they had installed those rubber mats, I asked them to swap to the regular carpet mats. The rubber mats scratch quickly and look within few days super old and dusty. In southern California there is anyway no need for these mats.

Dealer threw in all weather mats + cargo liner and 2 key chains and also got this credit card holder from Porsche.
Paid MSRP for my GTS ordered last Oct.

Re: looks, to each his own. I honestly have never given any thought to how the floor mats looked. I can say that they are super functional.

For my MSRP GTS I got two round trip tickets to Leipzig, dinner for two at Flemings, a full set of Porsche luggage, a family of trained chipmunks, a small child and a keychain.
In seriousness, winter floor mats and a really cool chocolate Macan. At some point Porsche will send a pen and letter which will go into my collection in the laundry room as I'm not going to ruin my day by losing a Porsche pen. The winter floor mats look new after a wash and are as good as any I've used here in the snowy Intermountain West. I don't really see the point of them in coastal California but a winter trip to Mammoth, Tahoe or Big Bear ought to validate them.
