My wife recently exited her Macan and hit the key with her knee while it was still in the ignition. One of the plastic ears in the ignition broke off. I was able to push up on the part that broke and get the car to start. However I need to replace the ignition now. I found the parts online. I see that I purchase a new ignition switch online...my question is....Will the keys and vehicle need to be reprogrammed once I replace the ignition switch?
Many help/advise would be greatly appreciated!!
