I have a 2021 Macan Turbo and the computer is telling me to add a quart of oil. I've put about 4,000 miles on it and this is the first time I'm seeing this. My question is two parts:
1.) Is this common to add oil around this milage?
2.) The manual recommends both 5W-30 and 0W-30. Which of the two should I use? (It's summer and I live in Los Angeles and Atlanta where its fairly warm most of the year so I'm assuming I should go with the 5W? )
The owner's manual says oil designated C30, which can be either 5W-30 or 0W-30. However, it also says that if there is a sticker in the engine compartment, that has priority over the manual.
My 2021 GTS (same engine as your Turbo, just 'detuned') has a sticker saying to use only 0W-30 (photo attached). I would check your engine bay.

Sticker says "use only Porsche C30". As someone stated already 0W-30 and 5W-30 are available as C30 so it's your choice between the 2. In my 2022 GTS I'm using Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 in Texas - summer arrived.

Well, while I am sure you are fine with the 5W-30, the sticker actually says "Use only Porsche C30 SAE 0W-30 engine oil."
It is a complete sentence with a period at the end. My personal reading of it is to use 0W-30. YMMV.
