Porsche has moved my build date 3 times I assume it because of the burmaster amp.
my dealership keeps telling me there is not a backorder.
any thoughts?

 

I tried placing an order with Burmester and was told that they are back ordered because of the chip shortage. My dealer in SoCal wouldn't let me even order it- said I had to go with he Bose system instead. they told me someone ordered a Macan back in January with Burmester and the car has been delivered but they aren't allowed to sell it because the amp is still missing. So it probably is indeed a backorder situation.

 

My '24 GTS doesn't have Burmester and my build start date got moved up a week from 6/22 to 6/15 (just for another reference point). Not sure of course what other options are different on our two cars.
