Which Macan years Have wireless Apple CarPlay

Which year model has the wireless Apple CarPlay (not via the USB port)?
I know 2019+ have the new interface, would like to know 2017/18 has the wireless Apple CarPlay or not?

2017 -2018 is still using PCM4.
the hardware on PCM4 is not capable of doing wireless CarPlay .
only 2019+ with PCM5 has newer hardware which support wireless CarPlay.

you can still use the wireless dongle

I have the 2021 Macan and it has wireless CarPlay. I could be wrong, but I though that this was the first year that wireless was standard and you didnt have to pay for CarPlay use. I was surprised when we bought ours, expecting to use a cable, but to then have it explained by the dealer. I thought the 2020 was CarPlay via a cable but standard and the 2019 it was an option for a couple hundred bucks.

Like I said, I could be completely wrong though.

For all macan equipped with PCM5 should have wireless CarPlay by default , however due to some countries regulations, it will be disabled with wifi together.

There you go - I was wrong. Still want the full size CarPlay, which I dont get in the 2021 model.
