The real-time navigation gives you changing road and traffic conditions from Google. You probably could get that from your phone, but this should integrate with your information screen on the car.
Vodafone provides connection to your car via your phone so you can check if you left windows open or, as the commercial illustrates, sound the alarm to scare off a potential bird about to poop on your car. Also alows you to use the Track App if you want to track your car.
WiFi by AT&T. Not sure if the connection would be better than your phone.
