Nothing is impossible, but it is going to be rather difficult to find any discounts. I ordered an 'S at MSRP which I consider a good price when I have seen several dealer with several thousand dollar markups.

I paid MSRP for my MY2022 S in January. The car was delivered in mid June, delayed from April target due to war, ship sinking, supply chain. From what I read on this forum, discounts are rare/none. If you don't get charged additional dealer markup (ADM) you are doing well.

I paid/leased a Macan S in May at MSRP - have a GTS ordered which will come in Sept/Oct at MSRP from same dealer - the S is an interim car to drive until the GTS arrives - dealer offered to lease me the S ($0 drive off) and take it back when the GTS arrives - which was ideal for me as I had already sold my other car and was driving my truck daily. Market may be softening up with rates going up, but supply remains thin, so pricing power is with the dealers. Most here in So. Cal asking ADM's on both S and GTS.

Discounts don't really exist unless you have an extensive purchase history with the dealer. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to buy for MSRP.
I got my base Macan for sticker but it's a base so nothing really crazy but still considered it a good deal. I did negotiate a bit and had the dealer throw in rubber floormats and some warranties for a discount. Good luck on your Macan S!

We are living in a time when Hyundai and Toyota dealers are marking up their new cars. MSRP is pretty much standard on new Macans once you get an allocation. Even before these little world events like the pandemic, supply chain shortages, and war in Europe, the best discounts on a customer ordered Macan was 7% off of MSRP at a handful of dealerships and maybe 10% off new lot inventory but neither still exists.
And every single Porsche is custom ordered whether it be by a general sales manager at a dealership for their lot inventory or by an end customer. Porsche doesn't build generic configurations and distribute them by algorithm to dealerships like Toyota and Honda. Dealerships receive order allocation slots based on how they perform. Prior to these world events, the larger the dealership, the more allocations they got so they could fill their lots with generic quick sale models but that's no longer the case as the supply has dwindled. They may get one or two whenever a customer cancels their purchase. They may get a few extra base units but they have to put them into loaner fleet service too.
