Default Hazy headlights, inside!

My new to me Macan (2020, GTS) is quite well preserved, with essentially no blemishes. However, I have noticed after a good detail this weekend, that the headlights are hazy on the inside of the cover. They are without scratches or crazing, but they look like the inside of a windshield that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I can tell its on the inside, and the outer surface appears quite good, without scratching or streaking.

I am going to approach the dealer from whom i purchased, hoping they'll replace under warranty, we'll see. Since they are sealed LED (PDLS +) units, I don't think there is any remediation other than replacement. I am curious if others have seen this and also why it might occur (a breach in the seals?).

I did do a search and found some threads about inside scratches/cracks, but this appears to be a different issue. Also found a thread mentioning a company called Rennlights.com...have a query in to them.

We have a 3 year lease on a 2022, our previous lease a 2019 is being bought out by my son.
He noticed that here was "crazing(?) on the inside of the headlights...Porsche is replacing them on warranty...
As fussy as he is he complained also that the door handles (Night Blue) had cracking in the finish also....Porsche is replacing them also
Call your dealer and complain....

LEDs don't heat up enough to evaporate or dry condensation with results shown in the images below in winter. Don't have that problem on my 2008 Touareg with HIDs nor my 992 for some reason with PDLS+

These pictures were taken in January 2021 driving from Anchorage to Fairbanks when I picked the car up.. Temperature was around -35F
