I picked up my '22 GTS a week ago, my 3rd Macan. Had a '16 Turbo and a '19 S.

This is the best by far. I have the suspension set to full stiff and it is just fine. Steering seems to be improved, has more feel. Engine has considerably more power at tip-in than the S. This is a dandy little car although the Carmine Red is just a bit redder than I would like. The console buttons are too bright so that's probably my only complaint.

Is PS+ available on the latest Macan? Definitely worth it on my 992 and easily changeable via PIWIS providing speed dependent steering.

^ I believe PS+ is standard at least on the new GTS.

God bless you,

Is is settable?

Meaning you can revert to standard or non speed dependent steering if you want? It seems in the 992s the dealer can set this by entering a code in PIWIS making the option appear on your PCM. Since i don't have the code I was able to enable it but not have the option. Meaning if I want to disable I need to change a selection in VOF and then Auto Code EPS.

Lift up that small rubber mat in the shallow cubby at the base of the center console.

Porsche’s arrogance at its best. Hopefully they won’t go down the path of Boeing!

I miss the joke on the 12V outlet, the previous model was in the same place under a goofy flappy lid.
One in the footwell would be better.

Oh, is this the old pennies dropping into the socket thing? Surely not.

Guess you'll just have to buy a 992...

You would really have to try to get a penny into the 12v socket. When not in use it's covered by the rubber mat and I'm assuming when being used there's an adapter in the socket.

What do you mean that Carmine Red is redder than you would like? I ordered the same color. Just wondering if I am going to be somehow surprised by how the color looks on the car. Photos of red cars never really show how the car looks in person.
