Every time my new Macan powers on, I get 5 beeps but no error message. I don’t need to actually start the engine to get the beeps, just accessories on. Any ideas? Am I missing something simple?

 

could it be your proximity/parking sensor? are you parked close to objects?

 

Chalk this one up to user dumbness. I would have sworn the beeping was coming from the PCM, but apparently my hearing isn’t what it once was. The beeping was coming from a dashcam that wasn’t happy with its memory card.
