Default Carmine Red GTS just back from detail / ceramic

Posting a few mediocre pics of our (mostly my wife's ;-)) GTS. I was surprised when she got excited about the Carmine Red when we saw it / bought it used a few years ago...but the color quickly grew on me. It's been a stunning vehicle to own, all around. This was the first quality detail / paint correction we've done on it, and we also had a ceramic treatment done on it. It's the first time I've ceramic coated a vehicle...the detailer that I like and trust highly recommended it (we did the Feynlab Heal Plus 10yr)...and, while the benefits of the protection accrue over time, the out-of-the-box shine is really nice.

Carmine all day for me, very nice sir. I've had a couple of black cars coated and a professionally applied ceramic is very good, and as you say you appreciate it more over time, your "out-of-the-box shine" does not go away. However your polishing and waxing exercise does.

Stunning. Love how wet it looks... almost like the paint is wet.

seems that the going rate around here is ~$1k for full exterior 'paint correction' and ceramic.

I ended up doing a package deal for a few of my cars. My boxster is at the shop now getting the same treatment plus a front 1/2 XPEL wrap...and I just got my mustang back yesterday. I know it's not a Pcar, let alone a Macan...but here are a few pics.

furhrius, good choice in cars.

Kooks H-pipe and catless headers, JLT CF intake, pulley, tuned to 650HP, manual. Loved that car!

Gorgeous! The ceramic coating makes the carmine red look even better.
