Anyone seen this before? Nothing comes out from the rear windshield nozzle and it just drips from the side (arrow)

It looks like the hose connection to the washer jet at the top of the rear window has somehow gotten disconnected. So when you activate the spray, all the fluid ends up inside that spoiler and leaks out.

Should be a straight forward fix for the dealer to remove that piece and reconnect or repair the hose. Let us know what they do.
