Default Oil filter seal size

Can someone tell me which oil filter seal I need for the Macan? Rockauto sells two versions of the Mahle filter with different size seals. 91mm or 96mm. Do I need the larger or smaller one? It's amazing I can't find any information about this through searching...

Which model?

If it's for a 2016 S the the OX254D4ECO has the wrong size o ring. It's too thin and you have to get 94610732275 separately

I guess this means 91 x 4 is the wrong size. I'm not sure if the other one is. I just get them from FCP euro and return them for $7 each time.

2015 Turbo. Sounds like I should order the OX254D4 which comes with the larger ring. That was my thought based on the same assumption you made, I am hoping someone can give final confirmation. I may order from FCP Euro next time but their shipping is over 2 weeks. When you say return them for $7 it costs $7 total purchase the new ones and then ship the used ones back?

So I order enough parts for my various cars that I just add the filter and o ring to and order. I have to pay for it with the order, then it costs about $7 to ship back and when they get it they refund the purchase price. If you only ordering the filter then it's cheaper to just get one at rock auto each time.

Other option is get the oil change kit from FCP and it's about $100 with free shipping to you and it usually casts me about $25 to ship back. Then each oil change is only $25. Cheapest other way is to use oil from Walmart and order from rock auto and it's about $45 per oil change.

Yeah I just do the Walmart+Rockauto thing, seems like a lot less hassle and quicker shipping too. Previously I have ordered the o-ring separately but I am trying to avoid that this time since they offer both options.

Let us know if that's the right kit. The other advantage of the Walmart plan is that you get OEM recommended oil. Not an oil thread, but for any other fluid if the cost difference between Porsche factory fill and aftermarket was $20 everyone would say no brainer.
