Ordered a build to order Macan in late March for mid June delivery. Delays mounting, now July 30 after several intermediate dates. Anyone else have delivery delays?

Yeah, mid-June delivery date originally, now looking like it will be about a 2 month delay. Hoping that it is not much longer than an extra 2 months and there are no other hiccups in the production process.. I have heard a rumor that vehicles that were not locked with a fixed date might have to wait for a while on the memory seats, or just take the base non memory seats (there are only enough chips to go to those cars that were already in the order system, but not any in the near future)???

Negotiating for a GTS myself at the moment. SA says chip shortage is affecting availability of the 18 ways. 14 ways appear to be good to go.

That is the first that I heard that it only effects the 18-ways. My understanding from speaking to my SA and reading forum posts from others that have GTS orders is it is the seat memory electronics, so 14 & 18 both have the issue. I had the 14 ways on my build and I have been delayed, so I would double check with your SA.

Just relaying what we discussed, which was at length. For various reasons, I opted to stick with the 14 way seats.

My GTS has been at the port since 5/8, a friend at PCNA has confirmed the delay is due to TPMS shortages. Luckily, my order with 18-ways was not affected but my delivery date got pushed back to 6/11.

I ordered a Turbo 3/3, I received an allocation 3/6 and it arrived on US soil last week (5/12), just waiting on it clearing customs. I got the 18 ways. I’ve been reading about the delays and just seemed to have got lucky...

Mine's at the dealer right now waiting for that damn TPMS control unit to arrive.

Are you sure it's waiting on clearing customs? My car arrived at the San Diego port on 5/8, delivery ETA from PCNA is 6/11.

To the best of my knowledge 😁 I got a message from my SA saying they expected to have the car in a week or so. Sounds like our cars were on the same boat, Viking Queen, except mine was offloaded in Benicia.

Got an unexpected call this morning from my SA to let me know that my GTS was "fixed" and ready! 😃

Our build was just pulled in a week from build complete 6/25 to 6/18!

Was anyone else told that cars with the entry and drive feature may have a shortage and cannot be included? So far I've been told race tex headliner is no longer available and the keyless entry and drive is next.
