This is a damn good question. My 2016 Cayenne has 24 presets available for SiriusXM.

Same thing on my 2018 GTS - I don't listen to anything but SiriusXM so 5 slots are wasted and unusable to me. Dumb software decision by whoever makes the PCM for Porsche. This could be changed with a simple software update but I'm not holding my breath!
