Default Floor mats for a Canadian winter?

Anyone have any experience with these? They look pretty good.

As I recall the OEM ones were at $170 US, seems a bit pricey ... anyone have any feedback on the OEM ones?

I've always used the OEM ones in my Macan and Cayennes. Love the fit, look, and quality of the rubber material. Stays flexible in cold temps. Coverage/protection is good, but I've seen aftermarket offerings that would likely provide better protection if you deal with extreme conditions. Weathertech is one, but there are others. OEM works for me though because I rarely take them out when weather is really nasty. I have other vehicles for those times, or I just stay home.

One thing about color of the mats. One of my Cayenne Turbos had the luxor beige interior, and Porsche makes the all-weather mats in luxor beige for the various models. Big mistake! They end up getting completely soiled and scuffed, most of which gets ground into the surface so they can never be completely cleaned. So always get black all-weather mats regardless of your interior color! Don't make the same mistake I did.

Just looks like the Tuxmat ones have better coverage (higher side walls) than the OEM ones which is useful for snow and slush.

Happy long time user of 3D Spidermats (kagu). Light, tough, full coverage, look good, no rubber smell.

I have had dozens of weathech's.
Bought some Maxliners off of amazon. Quite happy with them.
I think the Tuxliners are the same.
if you are in Toronto, used is great too.... https://www.kijiji.ca/v-other-auto-p...can/1469848319

So far so good with these - they seem to be OEM. Not as much coverage as weathertech or the tuxmat the OP linked.

I have the front, back and trunk Weathertech kits and love them. Much better fit and coverage than the OEM.

I have just installed them on my Panamera: https://rennlist.com/forums/rennlist...er-mats-3.html

Happy so far, they are easy to clean and provide better coverage than the OEM winter mats.

This YouTube video helped with my decision.
