My car is full leather (GTS pkg with deviated stiching). The upper and lower doors, upper and lower dash, center console and stack are all covered in leather. No textured rubber anywhere. I also have the steering column in leather as well. It's holding up great so far and adds a really premium feel with the smooth leather everywhere.
The all leather looks very nice. I noticed on the Macan S configurator, when ordering the alcantara headliner it doesn't say if the sun visors are in alcantara or vinyl. On my 15' Macan, it came with the visors in alcantara and it was a nice touch.

So the full leather has the smooth leather on the window sills where you would typically rest your arm?
I took some phone photos of a 2019 Macan S at the dealer with the Partial Leather Package in Black/Garnet Red. ($1960)
The red portions nicely highlight the areas that the partial leather ($1740 in black or $1960 for black/red) package will cover. The dash will be covered in leather along with the armrest/sill, center console cover, and the seat centers (if you're staying with the 8-way standard seats). Any upgrade to the seats from the stock 8-way will already include the replacement of the alcantara center surface to leather.
Those shots really show the partial leather option well. I am going to opt for full leather this time as I want the smooth leather on the window sills too.

I would be shocked if ordering the alcantara headliner would get you the visors wrapped in the same material. I do know that the configuration is smart enough now to automatically add additional options when you select items that need them.
The configurator doesn't even give you the option for alcantara visors but there is an option for leather visors. On the 981 GT4 you could option either alcantara or standard visors.

For those who may be interested, the photo above shows what the optional Sport Steering Wheel looks like. Note the black steering wheel trim ring with the aluminum multi-function inserts (reverse of the standard wheel). Just thought I'd point that out for those who may be curious. It's an option you don't actually see very often.
The overall diameter of this steering wheel is slightly smaller than the standard wheel (I don't recall the exact specs). Also note that if you order the optional Carbon fiber steering wheel, it has the smaller diameter of the Sport wheel too (in fact on my build sheet from Porsche it's listed as Sport Steering Wheel in Carbon Fiber, although the trim ring on the CF wheel is still aluminum like the standard wheel). Just a little Macan trivia

Thanks for pointing this out! I'd completely forgotten to mention it and it was the reason I took a dedicate photo of the wheel.

Keep in mind if you go with full black/garnet the lower dash, center console, and door panels will be red instead of black.
