Wowsers! Some back-of-the-envelop math says you're spending >70% of your work days driving 6 hours/day. I picked 6 figuring you actually had to do a few hours of work when you got to your destination and you're targeting an 8-hour day. I picked 45 mph as an average of highway and street driving. The rest is just the math... Consider taking up yoga and otherwise managing your health and flexibility. That's a lot of time for the human body to spend sitting and not being active.
