What about the connectors? Mine do not match at all. You cut the wiring? The OEM lights have bulbs. These have what looks like LED strips. The connectors are WAY different. What did you do?

Insert male pigtail connector into bulb holder female receptacle after removing (pull out, no twist), stock bulb.

I got both in. Unfortunately, the driver side does not light. I'm afraid of breaking the sucker getting it back out. Question: do you need to press really hard? Or should it be done gently? The retaining clips seems to be of strong material.

Yes they are. Unless your Macan is a GTS, it was not built that way by Porsche.

In the black satin finish they are GTS-exclusive on that model. In other finishes the 20" Spyders are available on any Macan model.

Follow these instructions. Next time test the light before you snap it back in (see step 6). LED's are polarity sensitive so you may just have to turn the blade connecter 180 and try again.

Mine worked before I snapped it back in place and then stopped working. The LED connector is not very high quality and moves around a little in the bulb socket. I had to adjust the little wires on the LED connector to get it to work. They look great installed, but a somewhat finicky installation.
